Purchase delivery price - 5 Eur.
Pick up from store is free.
Delivery of goods
Goods are delivered throughout Lithuania, except Kursiu Nerija. If Your ordered item is in stock we will delivered within 1-7 business days. If Your ordered item is not in stock, we will contact and inform You, that the delivery may take longer. Maximum delivery time should not exceed 3 weeks. On the day of delivery, the courier will contact You by phone, and deliver the goods to Your address at 9:00-17:00 workdays.
Pick up from store is free
You can pick up items at one of stores indicated below (prepayment required):
- House of Samsonite, SC Europa, Konstitucijos ave. 7A, Vilnius;
- Kelionių opera, SC Akropolis, Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. 49, Kaunas.
When picking up the goods, we will ask You to provide a personal itdentity document.

RETURN PROCEDURE
The customer has the right to cancel the goods and return them within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In this case:
The product together with the packaging must not have lost the appearance and complete set The item may not be used or tried to use.
The client pays the return/shipping costs if a product is of a good quality. After receiving a defective product, the customer must contact the seller immediately by phone or e-mail and reconcile an exchange or return terms. In this case:
The item must be of a complete set.
The request to return purchased item, customer should send by e-mail: e-parduotuve@samsonite.lt, filled Return form (which You can print here) and also enclosing when returning back purchased item and send directly to the address: UAB Ragaine, Perkuno al. 4A, LT-44221 Kaunas.
